Nursing staff did not send a pre authorization for my cholesterol medicine until a month after I visited. When I called and asked for the Nurse to check on it she acted as if she was irritated and she was incredibly rude. You know when you go to a crowded restaurant and the host acts like they are doing you a big favor by letting you have dinner there? It was like that.
