My first visit. Front office staff is very kind, friendly and professional. Clinical staff is amazing. PA Jennifer is thorough and very knowledgeable in addition to having an amazing personality. I highly recommend Dr Rao's Clinic in Merritt Island for your cardiac needs.

The staff here is friendly. They dont keep you on hold forever. The wait time is minimal. The doctors listen well and are very thorough. I went in for a CT scan and the lady was very kind and patient with my profound hearing loss making sure to look at me and explained everything. My vein blew and the contrast and saline pooled up. She felt so bad even though it was NOT her fault. She handled it like a warrior making sure we got the pain and hard knots down. She let me know ow it will be more sore tomorrow and that is normal. She made sure she did paperwork on her end as an incident report and got the nurse to verify everything was ok. As I said they are amazing!!

I had the pleasure of visiting this cardiology practice last week.The state of the art CT scanner and equipment that Dr Rao uses speaks volumes to the type of care he is determined to deliver to his patients. I would recommend those having symptoms to seek an appointment at this practice to prevent a heart attack before it happens.

This office NEVER returns phone calls.Or puts you on hold forever. Does not follow up on INR results from the lab to see if a change in meds are needed. Also my Mom was admitted to the hospital... the office said someone would be in to see her. Never showed. Looking for a new provider!

Been a patient for over five years great cardiologist, but waited on hold for a Tele visit for close to 45 minutes before I hung up seemed all they wanted before the visit was a co-pay, very disappointing did not get my results from a CT scan, visit was set up because I was on vacation and could not come to the office in person. Complete waste of my time.
