Everyone from the front desk, the nurses and Dr Rao are very professional and courteous. Dr Rao is amazing. Takes his time, makes sure that I fully understand everything, and advise how to move forward with my life with the least amount of jeopardy. I'm fortunate to be able to call him My Doctor!
My was with the doctor but had to be changed due to an emergency and saw the nurse practitioner. She was very informative. Made copies for me of all my testing the past and present and was very easy to talk to but definitely be comfortable seeing her again Girls at the front desk are friendly and professional and everybody's helpful
If there was 0 stars,I would give them 0!!! I had an appointment for a SCAN,they let me took the medicine needed for the scan,and when arrived at the office,the machine was broken!So,I scheduled another appointment,I took the medicine for the second time,wait 30 minutes in the waiting room,and they came to me and said that there was water on the floor where they supposed to do the scan,so it was dangerous to do it!!!! Seriously!!!!?!!!!2 times in 3 days!!!!You can't let people took medicine needed for the Scan,and then not doing it!!!!I can understand one time,but not 2 times in 3 days!!!! that's ridiculous!!!!I had to leave my job to be there just to waste my time!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Dr.Roa and his staff were very professional. Dr.Roa was patient, through, and I'd like to say, he has students he is a teaching doctor. I'm a new patient, so I expected to have a long wait, I was taken in less then 20 min. He Explained everything thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend him for your medical needs! Thank you Dr. Roa!!!
If you are seeking a new heart specialist, I recommend Dr. Ravi Rao and his team of professionals. The doctor and staff in Merritt Island were timely and efficient at my first consultation. Each person I had interaction with, including the doctor, was personable, took adequate time to understand my concerns, answered numerous questions I presented, and provided respectful and compassionate service. I left the office knowing that they truly care about the patients they serve. That is not always evident, in my experience.
