I have been with Dr. Fadigan for so many years I cannot remember. The only thing I can that might be somewhat negative (though it is not negative) is that she spends a significant amount of time with her patients. She cares! There was one incident when I had my appointment with her that one of her staff had to interrupt to remind her that patients were waiting. She is a general practitioner but when she has some questions, she will send you to a specialist. I have full trust in this physician.

I was in a bad MVA the end of last week and was directed to call my PCP Monday for pain meds and continued care after being discharged. I was given just a couple meds to get me through the weekend. I've had to call no less than 10 times in the past 2 days asking for help/follow up care directions, and meds or how to get a refill. I even released my records to their office, and called the office and provided pertinent info for them to access my tests and results to know what happened.
I have 1 single pain med left and was finally told almost 30 hours after my initial contact, and another 30 minute hold later that I would have to come be seen in person when they have availability. I have severe injuries and can't even drive, can't open one eye, can barely walk, with almost a dozen staples in my arm from large lacerations... and somehow I'm calling 10+ times with zero help or compassion from staff only being pushed around. I asked the MA to speak to the office manager 3 separate times today, it's now been another 1.5 hours and no response from office staff or management.

She had been my doctor since 2010, until this year when she abandoned me. I called to schedule an appointment and they said " oh she would rather take patients with health first insurance . we still accept Florida Blue but she would rather not . You're gonna have to find a new doctor ".
