Even though I was late for my scheduled procedure time, they were very pleasant and helpful & caring. Jess was my nurse and she was just phenomenal. Jess put the drape over me and made sure I could see, her. I'm claustrophobic so I just kept looking at her. But it was a wonderful experience everything went smoothly, there was not the pain that I had the first time I had my catheter changed. So overall I'm very blessed y'all were able to help me out today. I look forward to the mapping done next week. Thank y'all once again so much. God bless you guys.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr. Mittleider! After being told by three different surgeons that amputation was the only option, being referred to a fourth whom refused to even see the patient because his case was "too extensive", we were feeling completely hopeless. Dr. Mittleider took the time to listen and thoroughly assess the condition. He performed a miraculous procedure that not only saved the limb but also restored quality of life. His expertise, compassion, and dedication are unmatched. We are beyond thankful for his incredible work and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of vascular care! 5+ STARS!!!!!!!

I had a port placement done at this facility and I just had to write a review. This experience just really touched my heart given my tough situation. First off the staff is just absolutely amazing. I was not prepared for the type of attention and care I was given by the nurses- Kristen, Jennifer & (most importantly) Jess. They answered all of my questions and were not in a rush; which is what I'm used to. Also, Dr. Mittleider (who performed the operation) came and spoke to me during prep and explained the procedure fully and answered any questions I had. He did an absolutely amazing job! I was taken aback by how patient, caring & attentive the entire staff was towards me. I literally felt like was a rock star getting special attention. Instead of being just another number at the hospital. We all know that feeling. And the facility itself was immaculate. I could smell the Lysol everywhere we went. Kudos on keeping your workplace sterile & sanitized during this crazy covid pandemic. A special thank you to Jess for keeping me engaged in small talk during the operation. It really makes a big difference. She was also the Anesthesiologist in radiology at the hospital when I had my neuropathy tube placement. She had the same attention and care then. And actually remembered me given all the patients she has seen between times. All in all, this was a very memorable experience. For the procedure and the care given. I would absolutely recommend this facility to any who needs this service. If you're nervous about anything here...They will just suck that right out of you with their positiveness & cheer. And they will make you feel like a Superstar! Even with the discharge packet I received upon leaving. I went through the paperwork and found a card. It was a thank you card...thanking me for allowing them to help me! Wow! That was just the icing on the cake for me. It brought tears to my eyes. --all of you rock!! I thank you immensely!

So thankful they took a few extra steps they didn't have to to check my husband for blood clots when he went in for a simple cvc cath replacement. They saved his life and we are so appreciative! Thank you for all the kindness you showed us while he was there.
