This was my first visit to see Dr Prasad. I was well over a half an hour late because I went to the wrong office. That office gave me the address and said they would call, but I may have to reschedule. I had already waited 3 months for this appointment I didn't want to wait another 3 months. I got there and the office staff was aware and said they would check with Dr Prasad. They did, he said he would see me. I was so grateful. They all went above and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
