Wonderful experience at Dr. Patel's Space coast vascular intervention office. The nurses and staff were very kind professionals who were helpful from the beginning to the end. All my concerns were addressed by Dr. Patel before during and after the PAE surgery. This was a successful surgery, which I put off for way too many years. Thank you, Dr. Patel and all your staff. I went to Dr. Patel after a referral from my Cardiologist regarding insufficient circulation in my lower legs, resulting in varicose veins. Dr. Patel staff determined the veins with compromised blood flow and performed ablation or fill, depending on the desired effect for reduction of varicose veins and improved return blood flow. Since undergoing numerous procedures to resolve the existing problems, my legs feel and look better. My legs don't feel so heavy, with with a loss of feeling anymore! While the discoloration of my ankles is possibly permanent because I waited too long. Go when you start having issues! Don't let it get bad! Dr. Patel's staff is amazing! They were there every step of the way, in the produre room, as well as in the office. Thank you very much!

Today while in the office for thyroid biopsies, I was advised that there was a problem with my Insurance eligibility and I would have to either cancel/reschedule or pay out of pocket. You can imagine how this added to my already anxious state being draped and prepped for my procedure I had waited 2 weeks for. I decided to pay just to get it over with. Dr.Patel came in and kindly asked "how I was feeling". I replied "I was fine until I was just told Medicare is giving some wrong information and I had to cancel or pay for today. I had good ins and never had a problem". He calmly said "get it straightened out and don't worry about paying today". He immediately took the weight right off my shoulders and calmed me. I was moved by his random act of compassion. I'll never forget it and as I was leaving, asked the nurse to please thank Dr. Patel again for me. A+ Healthcare! * Insurance company made an error which was corrected with a few phone calls.
