Ihad put only on Star because!, how disappointed I am with Dr. Jeoung. He's a good cardiologist but after I told him to take the AFib testing device out because no one wanted to take risk to do MRI s ,or mammogram on me because the device Dr. Jeoung put on my chest to find out if I had AFib. I noticed I wasn't treated the same way after that at he's office and not important as a patient. I try to make appointment couples of times 2 years ago,and all ways The receptionist told me I had to wait 3 months for appointment. So I gave up didn't took that 3 months appointment . I thought it was crazy I had to wait so long. The time before I wasn't be see by him, it was a nurse practitioner who saw me ridiculous!.My insurance pay for me to be seen by a certified cardiologist and he started to put a nurse practitioner patients,to see me?? Unbelievable!. So as my husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's and Dementia ,I had been concentrating on he's health . Now I call to make and appointment and the receptionist told me I had to be seen by the nurse practitioner again!! I told her, I don't want to be seen by a nurse practitioner, I need to be see by Dr. So she said I m sorry but I can't give you an appointment with Dr it have to be her not the Dr. So I told her, Dr geoung its not! the only good cardiologist in Melbourne thank you!good-bye !! . I had been with him since 2015 and when he got relocated Viera to he's own office every change . He changed All the people working for him,and so their important to he's established patients who was with him when he didn't had so many patients.so sad! how money change people!

If I could give a 0 stars I would. The office staff and techs are incredibly unprofessional. The techs think that they are doctors and have misdiagnosed two of my family members while doing their tests, which made them frantic. The office staff and manager are young girls that find it acceptable to speak rudely to and about elderly patients. They have no class and act like teenagers. If I was Dr. Jeong I would be mortified that people that represent me act in such a disgusting way.

The staff and doctor Jeong are very nice, professional and helpful in answering questions especially Dr. Jeong. He truly took the time to answer all my concerns and treated me with respect. I'm truly glad my daughter told Me about Dr. Jeong and all his staff. Great group of people. Very impressed. Well done!!

This office staff is the reason for the 1 star. My husband went to the hospital twice in a week for chest pains. They told us to follow up and get an appointment within 3 days. We couldn't get an appointment with Dr Jeong for 2 weeks. So I made the appointment, and while waiting, I called every day to see if we could get in any sooner. The answer was always no. So my husband went to his appointment on the original date (after 2 weeks of waiting), only to be told that his appointment had been canceled. I called and started asking questions, what happened, explained I had called numerous times for a sooner appointment so there was no way I would cancel this one, only to be yelled at that she would not tolerate being spoken to the way I was asking questions. I then asked to speak with a manager, and she transferred me to a line with no voicemail. I called back, she answered again, I said I need to speak with a manager and I'll just hold, she then was extremely rude and told me there was nothing she could do and she didn't know what I expected. My husband then called me and told me that he could hear the front desk girl talking poorly about me and saying how crazy I was, through the walls. Someone else came in where my husband was waiting, after she had spoken with said front desk girl, telling him that if I called again for anything, he would not be seen at all. It's unfortunate for the NP and doctor, because the NP was professional and we have heard good things about the doctor.
