Dr Shapiro is the absolute best, and all his staff are amazing as well. The only Dr I have ever had that makes me feel comfortable and listens to and addresses all my concerns! He treats his patients like they are real people and not just numbers,10/10 recommend!!
Dr. Shapiro has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years. He and his nurse, Jan are the best. I've never felt rushed through, the way some doctors treat you. Dr. Shapiro really cares and takes the time to answer questions and explain things. I have and will always recommend him. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
Horrible office staff! My mother needed to see a doctor today because she was traveling and cut her leg on a step of a bus. She went to urgent care and they told her she should see her primary physician within a couple days. Vickie was very rude and told her that Dr Shapiro doesn't see car accidents. Refused to give her an appointment and told her to go back to an urgent care ctr. My mother had tried to call them several times for a couple days, finally decided to stop by the office, Only to be treated rudely by Vickie. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone! Staff is horrible, very rude. I blame the doctor because he allows this bad behavior! Medicare couldn't believe she was refused an appointment.
Dr David Shapiro has been my Primary Care Physician for 14 Years. He has always listened to my every word and is very knowledgeable, compassionate, supportive, pleasant, and professional. He has gotten me through a few rough and trying times. I have in the past and will continue to recommend Dr Shapiro and his staff as one of the best doctors in our area.
Have been Dr. Shapiro's patient for the past 5 years. Never had to be in his waiting room for longer than 10 minutes. Dr. Shapiro is always on time, he listens to you, addresses any concerns and gives clear explanation of test results. He is very competent and caring doctor. I am also pleased with his staff and feel that I am getting the best care possible.
