Zero stars if possible. I was on hold for 35 minutes before speaking with his staff. This is very common at Suntree Internal Medicine. This is not acceptable for any business.

Very organized, professional office. I will start with the front office! They are fantastic at scheduling and making sure that you remember your appointment. They are all cheery which is really nice to walk into. When you get to the back the nurses that assist you before you see the doctor, they are all great. I have not met one that I do not like! They are professional and awesome with making sure my needs or questions are known. Now for my wonderful doctor. He is super smart, I trust him 100 percent with my life. I'm so very appreciative for having such a knowledgeable, caring doctor. Seeing the t.v ad and making the call to see if they accepted my insurance and making the doctor change has made the largest change in my quality of life. I have seen many different doctors or PA's here and they are all fantastic. Thank you guys! I never leave scared about my health and I know if I have any concern all I have to do is call and I will get a return call not to long after. Again thanks guys!

After many attempts of finding a great place to go to get my medical needs after moving here from West Virginia I finally found a great place..I had been treated so nasty by other places that I was scared to even go but as soon as I walked in and signed in I knew this was a different place. With little time to wait and nurses that listened and really cared. I seen the nurse practisner and she was wonderful. She listened to all my concerns answered all my questions and did not look at me like I was stupid for all my questions. After my visit with her the receptionists were so sweet and wonderful with setting up my next appointment. I already feel like they are family. I recommend going here for your medical needs. You will feel like you are at a family doctor who cares..it is great..

Our entire family ended up switching to use Dr. Gary Hardoon as our primary dr after my husband had several positive experiences with him. One of the most thorough, concerned and efficient dr's I've ever seen. Bonus is that the office is open until 7 p.m. during the week and even has limited weekend hours!!
