Patient
Dr Bazylevska is very attentive and thorough; Genuinely caring. On the downside, the staff needs some work. I waited 5 weeks to have a test done in the office and 2 hours prior to my appointment her staff called me to cancel my test because they had not received the authorization. I asked them to give me time to call my primary to see if they could help expedite the authorization and they quickly said "No", they had way too many patients to wait. I called my insurance and they verified that the authorization was indeed done two days prior to my appointment. The office was simply overbooked. My insurance company advised that had the office simply checked "the system", they would have seen my authorization. On my follow up visit, I did mention this issue to Dr. B and she was apologetic and admitted "sorry, that sometimes happens". My only other issue is with Dr. B's nurse, O#%a. It seems that she is bothered by the amount of medications I take as there are always personal comments made and I feel judged. Excuse me if I'm not healthy enough for you.
