Disappointed this year my insurance changed through my company and dr funks office did not accept the insurance , I needed to set up an appt for my yearly and to get my Xanax for my anxiety and panic attacks I was told it would be over the phone in order for me to get refills I would not get any test done ekg echocardiogram andv it would be my co pay of $.100 dollars that's the payment if you don't have ins and then in order for me to get the yearly test done I would need to go to the office and pay another $100. They could not have the dr call so I can get my refills snd not charge me and then just charge me when I go in for the office visit dr Michael funk is great it's a shame I was treated like this by his office staff
