Very bad experience, my parents felt discriminated. When they arrived for their appointment, that were not even offered a good morning or do you have an appointment. The lady at the desk simply said " last name". My parents speak English and can communicate. They were registered and they were told to take a seat. The person that came in after them was properly greeted with a hello and smile. Hope you can train the staff to consistently treat patients equally. My parents are in their 70s and should be treated with respect.
