Terrible experience. I showed up on time for my appointment only to be told my pre-authorization wasn't ready after being warned earlier I'd be charged $100 if I canceled. MIND you i had three consecutive phone calls that week about my appointment 25 minute phone call that same day about my benefits pre-authorization and requirements for deductible . I wasted nearly an hour, and my appointment was canceled anyway. This office is completely mismanaged and does not value patients' time or care. Wrote an email to office management we shall see how things get handled & responded. Will be make sure HCA is notified as well. There's more people working here in this office, then actually doing the work itself. All fingers point to Management. Hope things change for them This isn't how patient care should be. My insurance paid them $980 for my last appointment visit and this one would of been more. Doctors should get more involved in losing patience business, and they're relying their practice on Improper management. Best of luck We'll probably be looking for another cardiologist office.
