Carmen Marrero, D.O.

I want to take a moment to talk about this doctor I just saw. I am Cuban and came to this country three years ago with severe congenital scoliosis, but with a strong desire to work, move forward, and help support my family. I have seen several doctors and specialists, and none of them have treated me the way this doctor did. Dr. Carmen Marrero is truly wonderful -- very professional, compassionate, and empathetic. She puts herself in the patient's shoes, listened to me carefully, and never rushed me to move on to the next appointment. I honestly didn't want to leave because I felt truly understood and cared for. She reminded me of the great Cuban doctors who are always there for you, genuinely concerned about your well-being. My recent experiences with other providers had been disappointing, but Dr. Marrero came into my life to show me that there are still good doctors out there with a huge heart. Dr. Carmen Marrero deserves the highest recognition.

First time seeing Dr. Marrero for my mom's appointment who is a senior, and the doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and a good listener. Staff was great as well. Looking forward to future appointments.
