Dr. Praveen Kanaparti is a board-certified cardiologist with Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute in Longwood. He specializes in cardiovascular disease, and his expertise includes general cardiology, advanced cardiac imaging, cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, vascular ultrasound, echocardiography and nuclear imaging. Dr. Kanaparti has more than 20 years of experience. He received his medical training in India and completed his internal medicine residency and cardiovascular medicine fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. He has advanced training in cardiac CT, multi-slice cardiac CT and cardiovascular MRI. Dr. Kanaparti is fluent in English, German, Hindi, Spanish and Telugu.

I went to see Dr. Kanaparti as a cardiologist to rule out any cardiovascular issues causing my symptoms and he quickly identified several areas of concern that had been missed prior and recommended solutions from a cardiologist point of view and guidance on how to advocate for myself with other specialists.
