i came here back in beginning of august, it was my very first time being bakeracted so i didn't really know what to expect but i was a bit scared. i ended up really liking this hospital for my first time, i felt pretty safe. they don't force you to do any activities if you don't want to although it helps them check for progress for yourself. if you wanted to rest in or nap at any time you could as well, which is what i also liked about it. i just feel like anyone struggling with mental health, shouldn't have to be forced to do stuff if they're not feeling it, but slowly getting into it when they're ready. this place overall was very good to me and i appreciate them for everything

The patient registration is right out in open with no privacy. Must discuss private medical treatments and appointments in front of the entire lobby. They need separation for HIPPA protection. Was asked to arrive 30 minutes early and then sat there waiting to be processed for my appointment. I could have arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and had the same results. Don't waste your patients time.

If you enjoy being treated like a second class citizen on the night shift and offered ear plugs if the noise decimals are higher than a rock concert and the charge nurse does nothing except make excuses and on discharge day your diapers for urinary incontinence are stolen you have chosen the right place.
