I am a Cardiologist and specialize in Cardiac Electrophysiology. I love my work and taking care of patients needing help related to the heart. My specialty in Cardiac Electrophysiology allows me to help my patients needing help with slow and fast heart rates (bradycardia and tachycardia). The part that is most satisfying to me that I am able to use technology to help improve my patients quality of life.

Everyone in the office is very helpful.courteous and professional. Dr balulad is a great doctor. She saved my life. As soon as she found my problem she sent me to the hospital and fixed it the next day. Forever grateful for her. Highly recommend.

I'm extremely disappointed with Dr. Balulad's office due to the way they handled billing and collections. I began receiving collection calls at 9:30 at night for a bill I never received. Not only was I disturbed at such a late hour, but my neighbor, who is also a patient, received a confusing call on a Saturday about a bill he never got either, from a gentlemen that couldn't even explain to him why, and very hard to understand according to him. The bill in question is from 2024, for a $100 fee for a test I was told about the night before. I am fully aware of what my insurance will and will not pay for and the amount. After speaking with my insurance after the fact is that they were processing this out of network. I even spoke with the office after the incident . At that time I was having financial difficulties and was able to pay only part of the amount. I was told if I couldn't pay the full balance I would need to reschedule the test and a $100 fee would apply. Now I am being charged fees that I refuse to pay because this office refused to work with me on payment arrangements at the time. I have overlooked the level of disrespect I have overheard while in the office. The doctor standing right in front of my exam door, swearing at someone on the phone or in person not sure, "how stupid they are and why would she continue to employee them". One can only imagine how she treats her staff. I could go into detail but again water under the bridge. I have given her and the office plenty of overlooks. This one is the cherry on the cake. I have seen the doctor maybe twice and really got know where my last visit which was with the NP whom actually took the time to explain things to me. I have not been backsince and don't plan on going back. Getting calls late at night and on weekends for bills I never received is unacceptable customer service. Due to this poor handling of billing and communication I will be reporting this office to the BBB. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this medical practice.

I truly had a great experience . The new staff is friendly, professional and really make you feel very positive, from the moment you walk in. I have read things regarding front desk not welcoming, and although I have found that true in the past, that has changed. New friendly faces with very positive upbeat attitudes. The office manager took her time explaining my billing and insurance too me , which now days is very confusing. I cant express my words for the kindness, and the explanation that has been given by Terri. I felt that I was heard and respected and cared for,. It's refreshing to see a medical team that works so well together now. Sometimes changes is good. I highly recommend this office and anyone looking for compassionate quality healthcare.

Terri the aprn is excellent, great service, Dr sujata balulad did my ablation 8 months ago and I feel great and had a great physical lately. The staff is terrific Antoinette, Trula , Terri aprn, and Reynaldo and of course Dr sujata balulad, friendly people if your waiting for your appointment be patient it is worth the wait. Trula a special thanks to you for going above and beyond the call of duty.

Make sure to be prepared for them to reschedule you at the last minute, reschedule your agreed time without notifying you first, and make you wait over 2 hours from the time of arrival to be seen. This establishment is unprofessional and can not seem to book people appropriately. Absolutely beyond frustrated and no excuses for the way they treat people. They act as if people have all day to sit up here. Extremely unprofessional. ****Edited to add the following**** the owner hawks the reviews, not to better their business but instead to passive aggressively attack the people who are speaking out with dissatisfaction. This isn't a Walmart. This is health care. Trust me when I say I will be finding a new cardiologist for any of my future needs, and I will be black listing this one. I gave you 3 strikes you are out. I promise after the nightmare I witnessed here I know I'm not the only dissatisfied patient. Take this as an opportunity to better your business and perhaps your patient experience because it starts with scheduling. I think every appointment I get two calls and an email asking me to confirm my appointment not to mention the staff do not greet you when you come in and absolutely no one has it together here not even the doctor if they are sitting here hawking peoples reviews to respond with a snarky reply instead of working on improving the experience people are actually having. I've been here 3 times and from the phone to the lobby, and even behind the waiting room, it is all poorly run. No one wants to block 2-3 hours off their calendar to set aside over the agreed upon scheduled time slot. No one enjoys getting a text message that their appointment time has been swapped without their consent or any prior knowledge yet if I did this I would be charged a bunch of fees. Finally, one wants to be treated as if they've been lost in the system once they are sitting in an uncomfortable plastic chair waiting to be seen by the doctor. A lot of these folks being seen here are elderly if I was miserable, I can't imagine what the rest of these folks who can not get on Google and let you know about their disappointing experience are feeling. My initial review was not a jab it was an honest review because I wasn't greeted with an apology. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule after waiting 2 hours, and I was early thinking that might help it did not. Sadly, I didn't have another day to dedicate 2 or more plus hours out of my schedule to come back again, nor would I want to. Take this as an opportunity for improvement, no one wants to have to do these type of appointments and when they do it would be nice to not feel as if the only reason their review is being read is to fire off some heated reply. You can look at the other replies this business has given their patients. It is as disappointing as everything else I've witnessed here. Patient beware.
