Excellent Care and Compassionate Staff I've struggled with major medical anxiety for years, so I was dreading this appointment for weeks. But from the moment I arrived, the staff made it such a positive experience. The nurse who called me back--Shannon--was dressed as Curious George for Halloween, which immediately eased some of my nerves. She was so kind and patient, listened to all my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable through every step. She performed my EKG and took my blood pressure. Her calm, understanding approach really put my mind at ease. I also saw the nurse practitioner, Christina, who was knowledgeable and gave me good suggestions. She explained my options clearly and made sure I didn't feel pressured to do anything I wasn't ready for. Overall, what I expected to be a stressful day turned out to be a really positive experience. I left feeling heard, cared for, and less afraid about future visits.

Not impressed with new facility. Had an echocardiogram on the 18th of September. Called starting the 23rd to see if I could get a copy of my report before my next visit on the 6th of October. No answer in the medical records department. Called main number again to leave message. Called again on the 24th. Again left a message. Called on 25th and spoke with someone who said they would pass along my message and have someone call me back. Received a call back later on the 25th. Record not in my chart, said she would have Dr. sign off on the record and I could pick it up the following day. Went back to the facility in the afternoon on Friday the 26th. No record found in my chart. Total BS. It's not like the facility is close to where I live since they moved further away. The Dr I was originally referred to, I have seen ONCE. After initial visit, have only seen Cory. I realize I am not the only patient, but don't say to pick up results and not have them ready, nor have someone in the records department to answer the phone. Highly unprofessional

Usually i never leave a bad review, BUT I was prescribed a new medication, of which i had a bad reaction to. I left many messages. One person called me back and said.. we will have the provider call you. No such call came. I love my Dr. BUt dislike the lack of communication with a problem

New building is very nice. Can I see Dr Ansari he is very easy to talk to Great doctor

My visit with Kasi Dymond was one of ease. I was nervous because the night before I experienced severe chest pain. Kasi listened to me showing care for my conversation and my concerns. I felt more at ease as I explained my experience. I felt very secure in her care.
