Absolutely a disaster . I've had to call them time after time for my elderly father . Dr. Jim Torres is horrible and doesn't care about patients . He goes on vacation every few weeks and when my father needed his prescription refilled he wasn't there . The medication that is needed can't just be stopped because the Doctor is on vacation AGAIN .This happened several times. A complete runaround , no call backs , no follow up and zero care or professionalism. Stay away

I have been going here for 2 years now and I've never had any problems with the staff. Every appt Marelyn at the desk has been awesome to work with, she gets things done everytime. Don't get me wrong everyone there is great, the cleanliness, their vibe and attitudes are just remarkable, friendly and professional. On the other hand the call center, that's a different story. Spoke with Maria A and Alex in reference to a referral and it is ridiculous and I still could not get any help over 2 hours for an ER situation dealing with my daughter, I had to drive all the way to the location and spk with Marelyn again and she dominated the situation expeditiously knowing it was indeed an ER situation. I would recommend this Dr office to many. They truly do take care of their patients.

-0 !!!!!!!!!! This office is unreliable, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE SEEKING MENTAL HEALTH HELP !!! IVE BEEN COMING TO THIS OFFICE FOR 6 months. EVERYTHING MONTH SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY PRESCRIPTION!!! I had to wait 20days just to see psychiatrist this month ( Dec) BECAUSE THE psychiatrist only comes twice a month. I SAT IN OFFICE FOR 2 Hours when I had a appointment. Just to pick up a prescription. THEN TO LATER ON FIND OUT THE DOCTOR ONLY SENT 1 pill to pharmacy. CALLED AND THEY SAID ID HAVE TO WAIT 2 weeks to be seen again.

The staff are very friendly & professional and the doctors are Great!!! They are very caring of your needs and time you get treated as family. And if any problems or issues to happen they are quick to resolve. I've never had any issues with this office continue providing the Best customer service & care guys.
