Staff is rude and dismissive. After waiting half and hour for a test I waited a month for, "I asked how much longer"? Without apology I was told I was next. That did not answer my question so I left.

2 hours wait to be seen it doesn't make any sense if you only have one technician schedule enough people for that one person don't try to squeeze as many people as you can and make people wait hours ridiculous
