He is a good Dr, I had suffered from silent acid reflux for over a year, when I first went to see him he figured it out immediately, gave me a med, and I was cured of it in a few days. I also had a mini-stroke last year and he put me on 3 medications that I feel saved my life and have had no recurrences., Also ordered a calcium scan that found a slight heart blockage that I am now treating with a statin drug. If I hadn't had that test I would probably have had a heart attack within a couple years. He has always impressed me as a knowledgeable and competent Dr.

I've been coming to this doctors office for over 10 years maybe five good years With no problem and after that it's been Off and on, I had an appointment today scheduled at 10am I came in There were 2-3 people in front of me and after that it was 2-3 people behind me so I waited, so around 10:20 she asked me do I have my insurance card I said no I don't have my insurance card but everything is still the same OK so she proceeded to do what she was doing 10 to 15 minutes later she's in the back having conversations with ppl and then five minutes after 15 she decided to call my insurance which my insurance was good, so now 20 minutes pass so she came and told me I have a $30 co-pay cool I asked her why did it take so long for her to do all that "well I was just checking to make Sure your insurance was good" i told her it now 10:52 my appointment was at 10 o'clock and I have blood work to do she tells me I don't have an appointment for blood work we cant do blood work without an appointment I told her she need to check again because I called in at 9:30am to confirm my appointment so I know I had one. so she went to check oh I see your appointment OK then I told her you know what don't worry about it I'm going to find me another doctor this place overlooks younger people because they cater more to older people but for me to coming here for so long to get overlooked so many times I feel like this office is very prejudice towards younger people With that being said I'm just gonna find another doctor.

Very unprofessional office staff, can't get refill on life threatening prescriptions as no one answers the phone to request them.

Horrible place to go, go to another doctors office. Dr. Lori was unprofessional and will not be going back there again. They just want to take your money and have you leave
