It's well known going to see Dr. Kumar your apt will actually be at least an hour after your scheduled time. After 40 min I asked when I'd be seen and the receptionist said "oh you're seeing Dr. Kumar, your appointment will be late because he likes to take time with patients." The patient before me had an appointment 20 minutes prior to mine and was still waiting. Taking time with patients is great but then don't schedule so many in a day. Having no respect for patient time is unacceptable. By time I went in with my father it was an hour and a half past the scheduled time. The Dr. was very thorough but the lack of respect of time means we will be seeking other referrals.

I met doc. Tor Kumar in the emergency Room 2 years ago at Lakewood ranch. I saw him one time in his office and from that day forward. It's been the Doctor of the day Doctor Kumar. Also seems to be a nice guy. His office staff is lacking and professionalism and structure. They seem to have no disregard for multiple rescheduling. Having me shuffle my life around this time at work. Deal with the frustration of the boss not to mention the Loss of income with no regards to my personal time. They call to cancel my appointment. The day before, I was to arrive because of an insurance issue because they did not receive authorization for my primary care provider, so therefore, insurance isn't going to pay for it. I said to them that my health was more important than the insurance paying for it and I would pay out-of-pocket and they went over. The cost of their services for my out-of-pocket expenses. So I wouldn't be surprised. I appreciated that The frustration came when Jeannie. The rude lady on the phone called to tell me that the appointment I had just made had been canceled. Because I know primary care authorization. I explained to her that I had already gone through this with your office and that I had agreed to pay out-of-pocket. Thought it was over with well. No, it wasn't the appointment was never made. I thought it was strange he didn't send me the text to verify it and when I called they got upset and told me that the insurance wasn't paying for it again? I said this is becoming a broken record. I told you I would pay out-of-pocket. I know how much it was going to cost. They've scheduled this appointment for this day and you guys have done this again to me while genie began to raise her voice talk over me, tell me how efficient her notes are and I told her I didn't care about her notes. I know how much money I've lost and my calendar is a mess with all this cancel reschedule The Times and the cross outs and everything else that. You guys have chose to do to me with my time. And when I became upset with her and decided that this was a dead end conversation and ended it. Well, guess what lady number 3 calls to tell me that they release me as a patient because I got upset with their inefficiency in their office. Well, I guess that's how they're going to solve their inefficiency problems by solely eliminating their customers. I hope Doctor kumars and everybody else's income and that off. Ice doesn't rely on people like me paying their bills pretty soon. Their office will be very efficient. They'll be down to 11 customers for the month. Keep going guys. Real disappointment is I sent. 6 people over there and 3 of them are family members and 3 of my family members were too embarrassed that they don't go there anymore because of the same reasons. His office staff is a So Doctor Kumar. I tell you put your hands-on the palms of your own business and start to understand what's going on. And I do appreciate the letter that you took time to send me. I bet you didn't even know your office sent this letter and they probably just put your e-signature on it. That's shameful, and as much as I hate to admit. Why don't you take all the fake Doctor awards? Off of your wall, anybody can buy a top Doctor or they just gotta write the check. I could become a top cardiologist a gynecologist or whatever. I wanted to be overnight if I wanted to write the check. They probably look pretty cool on my mancave. Just think Doctor Metcalf anyway, if your time in life means anything to you find an actual cardiologist that seems to be able to spend time in his office and kerosene up to actually talk to his patients like I said, I've only seen Doctor Kumar twice once in the emergency room and once in his office from that point forward, it's been Doctor today. I don't know if it really is Doctor Kumar's office. From that day forward, it's been the Doctor of the day, and I've never really seen the same person twice. Wake up, Doctor Kumar. Your patients are people too and have lives and responsibilities and commitments outside awaiting for your Office
