The Doctors are pretty good. The practice is an absolute disaster. I just walked out of an appointment, not the first one this year, after waiting for than an hour past my scheduled appointment time in the outer lobby. Once you can get to see the doctors, you're probably in pretty good hands.... been seeing Dr O for more than a decade. But they're obviously scheduling way more appointments than they have time to see. The practice itself becomes a barrier to accessing care. And while the doctor's time certainly is valuable, they don't seem to recognize that your time has value as well.

Made a mistake of coming to this place. They are the epitome of big Pharma in a private doctors office that is nationwide pumping people out like a meat market. If you want to come here for a quick shot for zero look into what the actual issue is to contribute to shots, MRI, and x-ray quotas this is the place for you. If you want a doctor that is focused on your recovery and rest strengthening your back. Take my word for it. Do not come to this place. I took a consult at a smaller clinic here in Lakeland in the first 30 minutes we did more check up than I did in the two months of going to this place. I have also requested medical records for almost 2 months now to be transferred to my new doctor and they cannot provide those. Their answer machine says up to 72 hours. We are going on 30 days. When I went into the office, they told me this person only works 10 to 3 and sometimes they're not at their desk so that's why the phone calls go to the answering machine made other excuses that sometimes this takes longer because it needs a doctors approval. Regardless of the terrible service an average appointment is 3 and a half hours, they do not care to provide treatment for long-term success, but focus more on shots surgeries, and MRIs, and x ray quotas.

They were nice. When you get in the room they offer something to eat and drink. Jasmine was kind and sweet. Doctor Fagin was good since I was not able to get injections so offer other things to help me.

2 years into challenging disability symptoms, I found my way to Spine Institute of Central Florida. I was met with deep and sincere compassion with a show of great care and interest in helping the whole of my challenges. I was booked with follow up appointments that are proving to be extremely helpful and have confidence that in a short period of time they'll have proper diagnosis and a treatment plan that'll have me on the path to recovery of my newly defined optimal well being. I'm blessed and so very grateful. I would recommend that anyone with needs in spine health to seek the BEST treatment here.

This was my first visit. I didn't have any recent X-rays of my back, so they were able to actually take some X-rays before I met with the doctor. That was very helpful. The doctor was very nice and thoroughly explained what he thought was going on with my back pain, and outlined my options going forward. They also have an onsite MRI.
