Todays visit was great. Dr Thomas explained everything so well my grandson could have understood. Normally its a very dry place, but today was a complete turnaround from my last two visits. Everyone was up beat,very nice and professional. There wasn't a long wait or anything. If it continues like this I'll give 5 stars. I would recommend them to my friends anyways cause they are the best at what they do.
My husband is the patient. However, I accompany him at every visit. The office staff, nurses & Dr. Thomas treat my husband in a manner that makes him feel valued, not just a clinical number. They put forth a very caring and professional attitude, thus creating an atmosphere in which both my husband and I come away having had a very positive experience. It is truly refreshing! First time patient. Intake questionnaire online made things so easy. Very friendly staff. Efficient doctor, asking all the right questions. Appointment started on time, I really like that! Fairly empty waiting room, makes me think that they move waiting patients in pretty quickly.

Dr Thomas took his time and listened to my Mom who has dementia. He was very patience, kind and compassionate which is very rare now days. All of our questions were answered, he addressed our concerns and communicated the next steps in my mom's care. It is refreshing to find a physician who actually cares & isn't in a hurry. We definitely feel a lot more comfortable with our mom now in his care!!
