Recently I was hospitalized because my A-Fib was not being controlled by my medication. I was put on intravenous medication to try and get my sinus rhythm and heart rate back to normal. After 2 days of intravenous medication my heart rate and rhythm was not back to normal and it was recommended that I see Dr Kavesh. Dr Kavesh came to my bedside at Lakeland Regional and recommended a cardioversion. He explained the procedure to me in detail and exactly what he was going to do. He has an excellent bedside manner, he listened to everything I asked him and answered all of my questions. The following day he performed the procedure and the day after that I was discharged from the hospital with my heart rate and Rhythm being normal. Dr Kavesh is an excellent Interventional cardiologist. I felt very safe with him performing my procedure as I felt I was in the best hands possible. I will be seeing Dr Kavesh in several weeks as he will be performing an ablation to try to give me a more permanent long-term fix. I look forward to trusting him to take good care of me again. I highly recommend him to anyone who may require his services.
