My confidence is revived when I am treated by a Physician such as Dr. Joseph; from the moment I called to schedule my appointment until the time I left their office I was treated as a real person and not just another time slot that had been filled. I feel that I am in good hands, it did not take 6 weeks to get an appointment and I did not have to wait in the waiting room for an hour either. as a matter fact, from the time I walked in the door till the time I was leaving it was right at an hour. When I entered the office I was greeted with a smile and generosity, I didn't even have to sign in they signed in for me. I was taken back within 15 minutes after my arrival and the young lady who worked with me taking my blood pressure and stats was very kind she explained to me that the doctor would be in shortly and she was correct Dr. Joseph entered the room in less than 10 minutes first thing he diid was extend his hand to shake mine and introduced himself and then immediately sanitized, then sat down facing me, looking at me and asked me questions about why I was there, asked me about my medical history and then proceeded to his computer but not without first making iContact and making me feel like I was important. Dr Joseph was totally engaged with me. if you're reading this you might truly understand what it feels like when a physician does not make you feel like you are someone that is worth his time like we're just numbers; Dr. Joseph does not do that he makes you feel important. I was very happy with his recommendations his very proactive approach and his kindness and his explanation of why he was ordering the test I needed He even made a recommendation for either Mayo clinic or Cleveland clinic in reference to some neurological difficulties I've been having with my legs; he's the only doctor that I've seen to this point that has mentioned these facilities to me. I am so thankful for him caring enough for me as a person, in my heart when I left I knew that Dr. Joseph really was going to do everything he could to find out what is going on with me and at least try to help me get better. What a rare find in today's medical system if you're a patient you understand what I'm saying. I hear From people all around me how we all just feel like numbers going in and out of these doctors offices thank you Dr. Joseph and your staff you're also appreciated
