Cyrus Diagnostic Imaging

I've been going to Cyrus for about six years now, and the staff has always been amazing. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Christian. I had an MRI today and was absolutely terrified, but Christian held my hand and talked me through the entire procedure. Thanks to her kindness and reassurance, what could have been a really stressful experience went smoothly. I'm so grateful for her compassion and support!

It would be helpful if the office notifies female patients that a female technician is NOT available when a second mammogram is needed.The male tech in office does all kinds of tests- feet, legs, arms, back, etc and today learned he also does mammograms. Give women the heads up at scheduling time so we can decide to go elsewhere, and not surprise us at appointment time. Thank you.

Very unprofessional, same morning of appt just minutes way facility calls to canceled and reschedule due to no tech. So No tech replacement for A procedure you needed to prep 24 hours b4 this appt..Is Unexceptable. Facilities must be prepair for stand by tech to fit in situations like this. No star for this place.

I had just got my first mammogram at this Lake Mary, FL Cyrus Diagnostics. I have horrible anxiety and was nervous all week. I heard horror stories and I did not know what to expect. I am a bit shy and talk a lot when I am nervous. But this amazing lovely woman, Christina the technician was sweet, caring, and funny. Put me completely at ease. I can't believe how easy she made it. She was gentle and reassuring. It was such a great experience I wish they had a tip jar!! LOL. I highly recommend this place. I will be looking for her on my next annual visit. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Nice place. I had a good experience. Staff is nice and very accommodating. I was in and out in less that fifteen minutes.
