The Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses are caring and professional. No complaints. However, when checking in at the front desk, do not mention that you or any member of your family is on Medicaid. There is zero privacy and the entire lobby will be informed that a person on Medicaid is there. The two office staff appeared to be more concerned about receiving payment than helping a client receive medical care. The process of checking insurance coverage should be a private matter. Medicaid patients deserve the same respect and kindness as any other patient. Our family is fortunate and grateful that the safety net of Medicaid helps our family survive. Thanks to the governments in Florida and Washington DC for the help.

This office goes above and beyond being professional and friendly. This office is part of Dr yelamanchi group and the professionalism and kindness shown was greatly appreciated. I was in and out of this office for some Testing in about 30 minutes and when you been to as many doctors, Hospitals, tests and procedures that I have been through this is truly amazing. I especially was impressed by the one office worker at the desk named Kim. She helped me over the phone with several issues and was so kind, caring and friendly. She went out of her way to help me with various things I needed and she truly is a great person! I highly recommend this office!

Great team they all work together from the time you arrive at the door to the time you leave you are in great hands. They make sure you are comfortable and all your need's are met. Doctor visit's you before and after surgery! I highly recommend this place 100%. Dr Baydoun and his staff are #1.
