Internal Medicine Practices

My wife and I were patients of Dr. Miller for a few months when we first moved here 2 years ago. He was capable and seemed caring. One day my wife shows up for an appointment, and Dr. Miller wasn't able to access her records because a new system was being introduced by the doctor who owned the practice. Dr. Miller said he was frustrated because the new system was impossible to gain entry and the main doctor refused to offer any help. Dr. Miller abruptly quit and left patients sitting in the waiting room. The staff NEVER follows through with anything and are unprofessional. We both are still waiting for them to forward our medical records to our new doctors, and it's been over a year! Run the other way.

Front desk clearly doesn't have patients service skills. I stood in front of three women looking at me through a glass with for roughly 3-4 minutes. When they finally open the glass there was no hello or thank you for your patience. One of these ladies so happen to be the office manager. Being in the medical field first impressions are the most important, especially for new patients. The Dr. was average, the young lady that took my vitals was nice, but not enough to keep me as a patient. Sadly I won't be back for any other follow up visits. Word of mouth and recommendation go a long way, I'll never recommend this office to a colleague. Very poor friendly/ customer service atmosphere.

I got a same day appointment and Dr Miller was on duty. He was very courteous and concerned about my condition at the time. He did an evaluation and determined I had a mild case of pneumonia and was in respiratory distress and immediately arranged for transportation to the hospital. He was great.

Dr. Miller always display professionalism, and he has the best bedside manners! He takes the time to sit with you, and actually hear and attend to your complaint and/or concern. He goes above and beyond for his patients

Dr.Adu is the worst doctor ever. my husband has problems with his back and stomach ,he didnt do follow up tests didn't give him Referral to pain management doctor .He didn't help me husband at we have to find a better doctor. A waste of time and money.
