I have been receiving treatment here for a few years. I never had major issues before. Experienced longer than expected wait times in the past. The staff are always professional and kind. Dr Hernandez is a great. They are changing some chances that are improving the overall quality of the office.

The front desk is completely unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. The phone line is always busy. When you are able to get through to someone you are then transferred to a voicemail, and no one calls you back. The doctor and nurse I saw treated me kindly and were very attentive; but unfortunately the front desk staff undermines the hard working and kind medical professionals they represent. I had to involve my insurance company to mediate a 3 way call with their front desk supervisor. Needless to say the rude and unprofessional call was recorded and reported. Aside from the doctors and nurses, the only person I could give praise to was Adriana. She kindly assisted me in 20 minutes, the rest of the staff spent 8 HOURS of my time lying by saying no one could assist me, transferring my calls to voicemails, or disconnecting my calls. All this was for a surgery authorization request to be sent to my insurance, without this my surgery would have been cancelled. It was extremely important and urgent; and despite their rudeness every time I called I was polite and patient. I do not recommend this office.

The doctors here are kind and compassionate. The wait times are absolutely unreasonable. The front desk can come across rude at times. Telehealth wait times are also terrible. If you are sick and need to get in, you may as well just go to the emergency department because they will not be able to see you for a month when you urgently need to be seen; this has consistently been my experience but it has gotten worse in the past year or so. My complaints don't have anything to do with the doctors, but more so business practices.

I have been coming to this office for about 10 years first scene dr. Hernandez and because she was always booked I started seeing doctor Perez. Most doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. The reception is ok. My issues have been done over the past few months every single time I have an appointment and they seem to me very overbooked. Each time I have come the entire process of arriving and until I leave is about 2 hours. It takes about one hour just to get into the back doesn't matter if you're early or on time. Another big issue has been leaving messages for the nurses of the individual doctors, you do not get any results or call back; so you have to call multiple times, and even then sometimes you even have to come to the office to get results. Not to mention that if the pharmacy is trying to call because they can't read a script or they didn't receive a specific script or they need a refill it takes a long time. Today in the waiting room there was two ladies that were complaining regarding the same issues about not giving the refills not getting call back from the nurses and the long wait times and they were both looking to move there health care providers to other doctors. It seems that everyone in this office is overworked and understaffed and have too many patients'. If you show up late they won't see you but you have to take them over an hour for you to be seen my time is valuable as well and unfortunately I will have to be seeking another doctor.

Televisit is definitely convenient, but i waited almost an hour until i was finally seen. Which is why i had to lower my ratings. But, when i finally met with Barbara Santana-Sanchez she was very attentive and understanding to all my questions and concerns on my health. She was very knowledgeable and caring and made me feel comfortable.
