Dr. Yashira Gonzalez was very nice and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and gave me the best medical advices ! Miss Fernanda Hamacher was super pleasant and very professional, I felt very comfortable talking to her. Sandra Maldonado was also very attentive and pleasant. Miss Marebelis Escorcia greets you at the door with a big smile and I positive attitude, she is also very attentive! Thank you Sanitas!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Annia Ramirez at Sanitas. She was thorough and precise, and explained everything clearly while showing both professionalism and genuine compassion. The medical assistant Doris Castillo was also very kind and attentive, which added greatly to the overall positive experience. Together they made the visit smooth and reassuring.

The staff is very very nice and the Pediatrician is great with the kids. However... Every time I have gone, my PCP has been changed. I've never gotten to see the same doctor more than once I have complicated medical history, so this is very inconvenient and frustrating for me. Also, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone at the actual location. You can only talk to someone at the 1-800 number, which makes it really tricky when you have a specific question after an appointment for the team there. Lastly, they will only send your prescriptions to their pharmacy on site, which is very inconvenient for me because it's 20 minutes away from where I live vs my preferred pharmacy is across the street from my apartment. Even though my insurance fully covers visits here and I don't have a co-pay, it's not worth all of the other inconveniences and delays in my healthcare.

I have been to this place several times now and it always seemed something was wrong... like going for yearly physical and they do not physically touch you or seeing flyers or posters of a certain medical product posted on every single wall in the place and then the doctor or PA recommends that product for you. Then today I go in for my yearly checkup and a referral for a specialist that I go to and the referral needed to be updated. So I go in and the PA (or NP) was more worried about explaining a new process for referrals to doctors I'm the "Sanitas Network" I told them I wanted to stick with the same doctor because I did not want to have go through all testing a new doctor would require (charge the insurance game) again. She said she would have to go see if it was approved. Then the doctor comes in and says my specialist is not in the network for them. I told him the doctor is in my insurance network and he said that he could not help me. This place caters to the Latino community and that is great but they are trying take advantage of people in my opinion. I came to insurance page and checked again because the doctor said it could have just happened. Again the specialist is listed. Stay away from this place if you want real healthcare!

What a wonderful first time experience I had here at Sanitas Medical Center. Every one of the staff I interacted with was friendly, professional and efficient, and my new primary care physician, Dr. Byrd, was outstanding, very down to earth and a good listener.
