What A Wonderful Place To Be! This wonderful experience started when Transportation - Miriam, came to pick me up. She has such a wonderful personality, helpful, and a great driver. Riding with her is a pleasure. The wonderful customer service continued at the front desk. I was being helped by Yarel & Zorytza. Wonderful help. Zorytza was extremely joyful, helpful, and knowledgeable. She's also expecting. It's nice to see a facility that has pregnant employees working there. It's encouraging & shows how the job market has come a long way. EOE (equal opportunity employee) at its best. They took care of my orders & referrals with ease & efficiency. Wonderful! My MA was Valmarie. She too was very friendly, customer service oriented, and thorough. She knows her stuff. You can see her smile through her mask, lol! She's a pleasant individual, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Ongay, was AWESOME. She didn't rush me, she listened, asked pertinent questions, very, very knowledgeable & informative, and even asked my opinion in certain areas pertaining to my overall care. This Dr. is a gem! I felt really comfortable that she took me seriously & showed genuine interest in what my issues were. Being sickly & having medical issues all my life, it's important that my doctors listen to what's going on with me, and not just try to rush me out the door, just to get to the next patient, while not really listening. Dr. Ongay was indeed genuine. I have to say, she's more thorough than my last PCP and experienced. The last person I saw was Holiver, my case manager. Yes, you're actually assigned a personal case manager. He further explained the services provided in detail. Needless to say, I was greatly impressed. I didn't know this facility had so much to offer. WoW! Today was my first visit with Orlando Family Physicians - 920 N John Young Pkwy, Kissimme, FL 34741. They made me feel more than just comfortable. They made me feel trusted, that my healthcare provision from them, is in good hands. They're also located in a perfect spot, smack dab in the middle of everything, and closer to my home. I look forward to my continuous relationship with them. Been going to this office for over 5 years as well as my father and mother in law. After Dr Kriselle Torres left this place is no longer the same. Been having issues ever since. Requested to see an Office Manager and was given 10 excuses and never saw her and never got a call back from her as promised. Will NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Currently Looking for a new Primary and location for my family to move out of this place.

Been here 2 times and the first time I had an appointment at 3 pm and I waited 1.5 hours and still didn't get seen. 2nd time, had an appointment at 8:15 am and arrived at 8:05 only to have all the employees to be sitting in. An office talking and laughing and they didn't come out until 8:20. This place is so unprofessional. No acknowledgement of any of the patients. If I could give it a zero rating I would. I was the 1st appointment of the day and still didn't see anyone until 8:45. They were 30 minutes behind and I was the first patient.

It's currently 8:17AM, today, Thursday, September 15, 2022 and they are still in a meeting. They have told patients to just sit down as they come in, they haven't signed anyone in, and my grandmother's appointment was at 8:15am and I have been here since 8:00am. Horrible service - why couldn't they start before opening?
