Nemours Children's Health, Oak Street - Specialty Care

They really listening to my son's complains and investigated everything. Doctor was amazing and took her time to hear and explain everything to us. She was there for us, listening with no rush. She even asked to redo some images to be sure everything was ok. I loved the way we were treated by the staff and by the doctor. Highly recommend. (The office is far from my home by totally worthy the drive)

I love this facility they are prepared and we're ready to exam my daughter. It was a speedy visit with funny nurses, thorough, informative and professional staff.

I highly miss VCC in Oceanside California when attending this place. They (Nemours) are all about their own agendas and do not care about you as the parent. Instead of giving me the referral I need to schedule my son's surgery a time sensitve matter- that i was unable to do until recent with insurance issues... They have prolonged it by forcing me to come in for another piece of paper and " wellness check ". Despite the inability for this medical issue to be resolved by itself unless a miracle would take place.. they seriously need to get their medical priorities in check. I hope in 2024 they will be able to listen to parents. Oh also canceling appointments without proper notice. They feel fine to charge a fee if you were to perhaps give improper notice but all is well on their side to cancel your time and then have to reschedule and wait on them.

Driving from Clermont this clinic was able to make a quick appointment to have my son screened for "possible autism". In my opinion & not sure why many other clinics procrastinate and make the process of having children screened so far out. But this clinic was able to get us in to do an initial screening to determine if the patient meets the criteria to proceed and do an evaluation. At first, since it was a long drive, I was skeptical but had a good outcome overall. The front desk representative named Suhey was kind, and helpful and was able to book an appointment for my son. Upon check-in, Suhey was attentive, friendly, and patient with every other person that came into the clinic. Her demeanor didn't change since it was packed and full of kids. I'm glad we waited because Sonya Harris their SLP is our takeaway from our visit. Ms. Harris was the one that did our screening for our son and was such a delight. She was very hands-on, observant, kind & sweet to our son. Also, Ms. Harris was knowledgeable in her field and just made our experience easy to understand in this whole process of trying to figure out our son's "possible condition". After finishing our visit at check-out Ms. Suhey guided us on the upcoming follow-up visits for our son's treatment plan. She is just a sweet note to the end of our visit. Finally, the only cons to this clinic would be the lack of space at the main entrance. Another con is the wait time since today was a Monday and our appointment time was extended. I'll give it 3 stars! If it wasn't for those two issues it would be a 5/5. Other than that very happy & pleased with the front staff and Sonya Harris their SLP. Thank you again.

i love this Nemours. I have 3 kids and for a period there I felt like I was here every 2-3 weeks for one of my kids. The staff is always kind - I'm always brought back fast. I love my kids primary but these guys are always fast and available for a sick visit.
