Heart and Vascular Care, PA

I've been a patient of Dr Baiju and later with NP Robin for the past 10 years. I trust my heart to Dr Baiju no questions ask. He is highly professional and very human. Probably the most prolific and attentive physician that I know. Unfortunately his management operations lack the attention on follow ups, answering back and/or working confirmations for procedures. Their telephone services are a 2 on a 1-5 scale. Never expect to be call back if you leave a voicemail. I also recommend to always to confirm your appointments, that if they answer. If you call them be ready to spend a good share of time waiting.

Heart and Vascular care is an extremely professional office, very welcoming and friendly staff. The front desk assisted me with all my needs. Both providers are excellent. Dr. Pradip Baiju is the best! He took his time explaining in detail everything to my mom about her possible procedure, we left with no questions! The office is very efficient with following up with their patients post testing and procedure to make sure everything is well.

I truly appreciate Dr.B and all his staff. They have always treated me like a valued and well liked family member. He always takes his time to explain what he will need to do and then follows up to make sure you're comfortable with your treatment

Dr Baju is one of the best Cardiologist I have ever met he also have a wonderful staff

The office is okay but the lobby area is really so bad it's has not been cleaned in a while we came back to back in our visits and the same trash in the lobby is still on the floor chairs not wiped down nothing sanitizer just think how many people have been in this lobby in a week and still not clean the waiting time you be the first person in the lobby sign in and 1hr later everyone who came after you had been seen and left and still sitting there no it impressed with the office staff the Dr is great the rest is yet to be seen as far as cleaning up you get a 00000000 it's unfair for you not to be considerate of the patients and their wellness not to keep the lobby sanitary as there is still a pandemic as far as communication you get a 0000 very unprofessional people no matter how you see it it's not a good environment for us the need to send the patients records to their primary doctor and stop the drama we paid good money for our health why are you stopping us from getting our health records
