DR Rafael Jimenez is a great cardiologist, kind knowledgeable and wise,I think he saved me for having a heart problem because of the prevention intervention he's done for me, thanks

I really am disappointed in this place if you have high blood pressure no sense of going to this office because your blood pressure is just going to keep rising. I really honestly don't understand how they give you an appointment time but then you sit there for literally over an hour and if you have an appointment time at 11:30 don't even bother going because that is right around their lunch time they'll eat their lunch before they even try to tell you there's a 30 minute 40 minute delay time. They never let you know if they are running behind or if the doctors not there. I have done front reception for over 15 years I swear this place cannot get it together and I've only had three appointments there so disappointing. Two out of the three appointments I have to just walk out not waiting an hour and 15 minutes for 5 minutes talk with the doctor get a life.

I have been to this office quite a few times, and I've been greeted with care and compassion. They make me feel At home the staff there, made sure I was comfortable while I was waiting to see Dr.Jimenez. Once I got into the room it did not take long until he came into the room. What a great doctor and staff included.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. My experience at this cardiologist clinic was horrible! The front desk staff displayed a lack of courtesy, with a dismissive attitude. My grandmother, who arrived early, endured a entire 2-hour wait past her appointment time. Others in the waiting room also faced excessive delays, some even called ahead of her. This clinic's customer service and time management left much to be desired, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Please seek elsewhere.

Today I went with my sister to see Dr Rafael Jimenez for the first time. Her appointment was at 3pm we got there at 2pm. It was her first time so she had to ask the receptionist for the papers to fill in her information. Not until 3:30 the nurse came over to tell her that they wouldn't see her because they were waiting for her records from the hospital. The front desk person never answers the phone to schedule appointments. The three ladies there are more busy gossiping then taking time to assist the patients. This staff needs to go for an professional ethic course, no empathy whatsoever. My sister didn't even get to see the doctor, the receptionist wanted to reschedule her but we walk out. Half an hour to get there and an hour and half waiting in vane. Worst experience at a doctors office.
