Dr. Muhammad A. Khan, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Khan's for several years. He has shown great competence and compassion in monitoring my health and treating me for the occasional illness. He is an excellent doctor and friend. Unfortunately, at my most recent appointment (at his Cano St. Cloud office), he informed me he intends to retire this year and move overseas. I will greatly miss him. I wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Dr. Khan has helped out many people that I know and his abilities as a doctor is not rated in this review. But, the administration services. It has been now going on days of trying to get an appointment with this office. I have called many times and left voicemails. I tried their texting feature they stated that someone will call me, they did not. They stated they called and got my voicemail but did not leave a message. My health is very important to me. What if something was really wrong, a simple scheduling of a new patient appointment can not take place?. Would this office have the capacity to handle it? Question that before you pick this office. I would be more than happy to change this review if an appointment is made.

Unfortunately, I couldn't schedule an appt with Dr. Khan because of the customer service at St. Cloud location. I spoke with a receptionist who asks all my information including my Insurance ID. I spelled everything slowly and the lady keeps getting the wrong numbers after the fifth time repeating I asked her to transfer to someone that can maybe pay attention to the information I was given or even understanding what I was saying. She replied saying that she is human and makes mistakes and for me to stop being rude ... lol (seriously!) and hung up. I tried to call again, the manager answered the call already with an attitude asking why do I want to be seen by Dr. Khan (that is far from my house) instead of another doctor in one of their other locations, his question was what Dr. Khan have that is so special that I need to request him ...lol (seriously!) I insist because it was a referral from my Nutrition Coach, he ends up asking all my info again without the number of my insurance after all that. So finally I asked why at this time he doesnt need the Id number? He said: Apparently you get offended if they ask that ... lol (seriously!)Conclusion: Nobody helped and I end up not want to see this Doctor because of his staff.

Not only is Dr. Kahn an amazingly compassionate person, he listens to what the issue is. Incredible, especially for the generally poor healthcare in Central Florida. To top it off his nurses and office staff are kind, helpful and just plain nice-

Dr khan has been my dr fo 2 years and he has always been great up until a couple of weeks ago his attitude towards me as a patient has change the nurse are all stress and sometimes very impatient with the patience when u call sometimes noone answers i know his a good dr but im sick and need my medice i dont have time to be chasing my dr for my medicine so i think its time i part ways with this office im to bless.
