I have been calling this office for over 3 weeks now to confirm if they have finally received the equipment for my 24-hour halter monitor. They leave their phones on service all day, and then once you confront them about it they give you attitude and every excuse across the board. Incredibly unprofessional office staff. Not to mention disgusting me dirty office. Sad to hear that this is how they treat people with cardiac conditions. Don't waste your time. Find a doctor's office that is more professional.

Doctor found a small cardiac mass and then proceeds to tell me he sees no arrhythmias with no further regard for what to do next. Ordered me an MRI impossible to do acter waiting weeks to get it authorized; this MRI cannot be done unless admitted to hospital (how great). Also, decides to give me attitude as he imposes his opinion on my not-diagnosis, and I quote, "...and like I've told you a hundred times already..." Very irresponsible in not putting effort to further research my condition. I feel lost and unsupported. Not an expert on syncope at ALL. He will most likely give you one honestly. This, however, should not stop you from getting checked even if all you can afford is this doctor. P.S: Staff members are actually nicer than people say. Just got to have patience with them.

He's not a good doctor at all, on January 18th 2024 He wrongfully medically diagnosed me with stage three kidney disease. He was very empathetic never took any blood work from me. They imaged another person's file under my name. I wouldn't refer him to anyone. they never verified who I was. Or any of my information. Who else are they doing this way check your Files people. You might be medically. Diagnosed wrong like I was.

This post rectify previous one in reference to prescription refill, but in general during all the years as a patience with Dr. Kalakota I have received good service. I was frustrated for not getting in touch to get the refill but office Manager called me and she is the must courteous person I have talked too. I apologize for any inconvenience my previous review could cause. Very sorry. I recommend Dr. Kalakota.

This place has the best possible attention from the staff while you wait, (although if you arrive at the scheduled time you will not expect anything) room with tables, books, magazines, TV, facility to charge cell phones in short, everything you need to make your wait something imperceptible . The cardiologist simply an eminence.
