Staff always nice, listen well and never any negativity. Nurse, interacts well, explains well, asks questions. Dr Raghavan explains well, answers questions without being in a hurry ( wow!) and says if anything changes come back immediately - don't wait. Had to come in for unscheduled visit due to hospital stay - got right in to see the doctor - as usual great staff and I knew I was taken care of.
