I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The staff should feel ashamed of the lack of care they provide to patients. My mother has been seing DrGuzman for over a year. My Mother is 86 yrs old, has Dementia and has recently suffered from a number of UTI's. Here is how they've handled these painful UTIs recently: 1. Few months ago, urine test results came in and a nurse called me to tell me Mom didn't have an infection even though she had a number of symptoms. The nurse at my Mother's ALF reviewed the results and told me she did have an infection. So I called back this office the next day and a different nurse (Lisa) tells me that the culture results did show an infection. After that my Mother ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks because of a terrible UTI. 2. Most recently and after the hospital stay, on 8/11 we do another urine test and as of today (two weeks later) I still have not received a call with results. I called a week ago to check and Lisa the nurse told me "those culture results take a while". I asked "what is a while"? She responded asking me to call back again later. And two weeks later still no results... The Dr referred us to see a Urologist and we will go, but the appointment is in another 3 weeks (the earliest I could get an appointment). The staff at this location lack professionalism and compassion. They are extremely inefficient and borderline negligent.
