Dr. Roger Steinfeld, MD

This is the marvelously professional doctors office. The staff is efficient and caring. One characteristic of the office just burns me up. The reception staff, as far as I can see, rarely greets anyone who first comes into the office. I am a retired staff trainer. I can see that they are always quite busy there at the front desk. But there is no reason why they cannot look up and say, "hi. Make yourself comfortable. I'll be right with you." The habit of ignoring everyone in the room until it is convenient for them is a habit that needs to be broken.

I had been seeing another doctor so when I was referred for a more extensive work up because my doctor didn't feel the treatment was successful, I got the basic run up my doctor had done and told the same bs I have been told before which hasn't worked, oh and tack on another med. Dr Steinberg spent more time inputting stuff to my chart, half of which the nurse had already done than talking to me. If it wasn't a question on the screen, he didn't talk to me. If you want revolving door service and a med refill, this is your place.

This is the worst facility I have ever been in, for Front office staff does not care about the patient all they care about is not doing any work at all. My 3 visits to this office were complete chaos any time dealing with the front office. It is clear that the front office staff thinks they should come before the patient. Communicating with the office manager is a complete waste of time. I met with her twice and absolutely nothing was done about the laziness and Rudeness of the front office.

Had complete physical and cardiologist check up by Dr Steinfeld with flying colors left feeling great. Had a major heart attack less than year later Will never go back

Unjustified disrespect for elderly and veterans. Without these people you would not be where you are now, able to choose your profession. As someone who works in the medical field I know respect and bed side manner is just as important as any procedure.
