I've been a patient here for over three years. Recently, they only gave me a half refill of my medication that I've been on since I was 16. It is a non-narcotic SSRI. They required I see a doctor for a visit to receive the rest of the refill. Then, they proceeded to schedule an appointment a month out, leaving me without medication for two weeks. Due to this, I had to purchase my medication from an online source without insurance. The lack of care for long time patients is astounding. I will be switching doctors.

HORRIBLE in every and all aspects -- steer clear from this practice, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Been a patient here for years and they USED TO be a great practice, but the past few years since the practice was bought/absorbed by MyCare, I've been assigned a different doctor every time I have an appointment to see my "primary care provider", pretty much every 4-6 months. Also, they never have any open appointment slots available within a couple months, unless you're a new patient... I guess once they have you on the roster as a patient, they don't really care about when you receive your follow-up care...? I've called as a new patient to confirm this, and they had appointment slots available right away. And on top of that, once that appointment that you had to wait LITERALLY MONTHS for rolls around and you show up at their offices, someone apparently cancelled it, and they have no idea who, but they promise someone must have called you from their offices to tell you... but there's no voicemails or emails anywhere, so obviously someone dropped the ball on their end, and now you have to wait another month for them to set up another appointment... This has happened numerous times this past year. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Now, even though I have excellent insurance from one of the largest providers that is pretty much accepted everywhere, this place has told me I need to look for a new provider because they're changing their practice (i.e. business model) and they only take Medicare patients now...?!... Lastly, to add insult to injury, I had my last appointment recently, at which they're supposed to provide enough prescription refills for a good six months so I have time to look for another practice. However, they sent one of the scripts wrong for some reason, and when CVS contacted them for a correction, they just flat out told CVS I am no longer a patient there... even though I was, up to the previous week, when they sent this exact script... so now, CVS won't fill the prescription, and I can't get a hold of anyone at this practice who'll send the corrected script, so I'm stuck without my prescription. Did get the bill in the mail though, so they're at least good at charging you for services rendered, even if rendered incompletely/incompetently. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNDEPENDABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL of their patients' time. I am glad they forced my hand to finally take the time to look for a more professional practice. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I've been a patient at Dr. Liporace's for over 20 years. It's incredibly sad to see what this company has done to his practice. Just read the other reviews to get a sense of what it's become. It's insane that the corporate office of MyCare Medical is allowing rude and incompetent staff to flush what must have been a multimillion dollar investment. The practitioners here are good. BUT communicating with this office is near impossible. Look at the screenshots and you'll see what I mean. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to reschedule an appointment that they called me about. Once, my wife drove from our house 25 minutes away while on hold the entire time only to see two girls sitting at the front desk talking to each other. And don't even think about trying to get a prescription refilled or reschedule online. The patient portal has no options to choose for "facility", which is a required field and submitting a refill request online does nothing. You have to hound them for days and deal with crazy wait times every single time. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

When I first started going here 2 years ago it was great loved my nurse practitioner referred my sister. Now they don't accept her insurance and my nurse practitioner doesn't accept my insurance anymore so now I have to wait 3 months to meet the new np. The phone ladies after one of them hanged up on me and I had to call back told me that I have to go to the ER for a boil what is the point of having a doctor if you can't go to them when you actually need them or they change your doctor all the time because they decide to not accept your insurance anymore or the doctor gets fired. This place is a joke they just want to get that Medicaid money they must get kick backs or something. This place went down hill fast.. don't bother..
