Dr. Aggarwal is fantastic. He genuinely cares about your health, answers all of your questions and is never in a rush, even though he's incredibly busy. He always makes me feel like I'm the most important person he is seeing that day. If he's your cardiologist consider yourself very fortunate.

Dr. Aggarwal treated me with kindness and professionalism. However, I am giving a 1 star because he is not managing his billing department properly. I have been charged more times for the service I already paid on the same day of service 1/10/2025. In April and May I received several invoices to which a .79 cents was added to the original amount, which I said, I had already paid. I spoke with the billing dept. Paula confirmed that the payment had been received the same day of the service (1/10/2025), she could not understand why the .79cents had been added, but she promised that she will remove it, she will also requested a quick review, and for me not to worry about. I asked that an email be sent to me as soon as everything was resolved, together with a statement for my account showing a $ 0.00 balance. Paula told me that they do NOT have a time frame to resolve the issue.
Today (6/26/25) I received an email from Jupiter Medical Center stating that it was the final notice about the outstanding balance. (did not mention what their next step will be!). I called, and talked to Paul whom told me that my account has been put on hold because of the balance. Paul also confirmed he could see the notes placed by Paula on the account, however he said that their system does NOT HAVE A WAY TO REMOVE ERRONEOUS BALANCES, Paul will place my account for review, (the second time) but he also transferred my call to the supervisor whom did NOT take the call. I left a lenghty voice message with the explanation. I doubt that anyone will act on this and make the necessary corrections. I am so tired of dealing with this same issue now since January 2025. I cannot help it but wondering if that same service was submitted to my insurance United Health Care more than once, causing an outstanding copay balance. I have no choice but to report this incident to AHCA.

Dr. Aggarwal is outstanding. I see Dr. Aggarwal for my yearly visit. My concern is with Jupiter Medical center billing. They never submitted my 2/2/24 bill (over a year ago) for in-network provider visit with Dr. Aggarwal. Yesterday I received a bill for $287 due upon receipt. Jupiter Medical Center never submitted the bill to my United Healthcare from my visit and billed me a year later. I called my insurance company and the claim was never submitted. I hope this doesn't happen to someone else. Jupiter Medical Center did not take their time to submit my in-network provider claim to my insurance. I was on hold for 40 minutes and another 10 minutes with Jupiter Medical Center billing to dispute an office visit they did not timely submit to my insurance.

Last year the staff sent me to a cubicle to wait for Dr. Aagerwahl's partner then discovered I was really Dr. Aagerwahl's patient. Waited for an hour. On my latest visit, the office had no idea why the appointment was scheduled. They're always confused.

Dr Aggarwal is a very nice man and DR and was well worth the wait to get an appointment. I walked in feeling hopeless and walked out feeling hopeful. I wasn't sure I wouldn't be wasting his time since I have a good heart and my high blood pressure was not urgent. He assured me he enjoys helping people feel better . I am looking forward to trying some of his healthy suggestions that is not medicine. I see why he has such a great reputation. .
