I had an initial appt with Nurse Practitioner, Mila, and could not have been happier. She is professional in every aspect and very very personable. She listened to everything I had to say and was compassionate. The front office staff was very impressive as well, being kind and treating everyone with a great deal of respect . I look forward to following up with Mila.
Oh, I'm very shocked by these horrible reviews at this clinic. I had nurse practitioner, Rachel Erwin And she was extremely thorough explained everything precisely gave me suggestions on my medical care and future health care. I was completely impressed. Place is absolutely immaculate. When you walk in your greeted very nicely. There's a sign you can see Picture below and it says if you are not called back within 15 minutes to go back up to the front desk and let them know, I was very impressed as well as I waited 3 minutes. Book with Rachel she knows what she is doing! Seriously, you gotta give this place a try. Don't listen to those other bad reviews. You gotta try for yourself. Glad I didn't read the reviews before I went myself and experienced first hand, and it's just so close to my house, Glad I went. Lavida, Rachel's assistant was thorough as well!! The staff starting with the desk personnel were very kind, patient and helpful. I can't say enough about how impressed with the care and consideration regarding my health and well being that was given to me. Mt.. Sinai gets 5 thumbs up. .
Recently had a full Stress Test with Photos ordered by Dr Sagar. The testing period lasted about 3 Hrs with breaks. Was appreciative of the two people who were in charge of the testing Chris for the Nuclear portion and Nikita ( i believe her name) fir the actual tread mill portion. Both were professional and made it easy based on explanation of details concerning the testing parameters. Thank u
The pulmonologist, Dr Amariei, at the Jupiter facility was extremely thorough in diagnosing my issue. She spent time with me to get my complete background. The staff was very polite and accommodating.
