Dr. Mohanty is an exceptional cardiologist and one of the most compassionate, generous, and genuinely caring human beings I have ever met. He combines unparalleled medical expertise with a kindness that makes you feel truly seen, heard, and cared for. He takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensures you are comfortable with every decision, and goes above and beyond to provide the highest level of care. I am deeply grateful for his guidance, support, and kindness -- thank you so much, Dr. Mohanty, for everything you have done for me.

His office staff does not answer the phone. You go to voicemail. You leave a message. And they simply don't call you back. This has happened to me three different times, I would call that a trend.

The office staff is very rude. I was scheduled for the stress test and because the GOW that did my blood pressure. Today, I said, because I went to the gym. Ann was on the treadmill early this morning, like 5 hours. Prior to this appointment that she would not let me get on the treadmill again. I've never heard of such a thing. She was in a very bad mood, and on the way out, actually told me she was going to recommend to billing, that I'd be charged a $100. I explained to her that I was not a no show. I checked in. I wanted the treadmill stress test and she would not allow it. She was trying to make me come back tomorrow. It's ridiculous. I think she was late for lunch or something. But she was in a very foul mood, and it's too bad, because I really like the doctor but some of the girls in his office are extremely rude

If I could give a 0, I would. I read all previous reviews which persuaded me to choose this Dr....but I neglected to see they are all years old. I had an Awful experience. Waited 6 weeks for an appointment to not even see the Dr at all. He had is NP see me but never once spoke to me. I waited the 6 weeks to see a Dr or I could have seen the NP far sooner. Check in staff is completely rude & dismissive. They like people in on the schedule- there were people standing & sitting in the hall by the elevators- it looked like a free clinic full of people looking miserable. I should have ran right then. At check in I put my insurance in as primary & secondary online correctly but the front desk linked it backwards & then refused to correct it- literally arguing with me that my primary wasn't truly my primary. ( ha! )I have 2 PPO plans - one at my job and one at my husbands. My birthdate is also first in the year so even if she were to use the birthday rule to assign, it would still be mine as primary. To top it off, she said that when I receive a bill, to call them to correct. I literally laughed & said - fix it now before the problem!! She of course didnt & returned to her more important texting on her phone completely dismissing me and ignoring me. The level of ignorance was baffling. They also put my husbands birthdate as mine on all his chart papers. The Dr did speak to him, we were in seperate rooms being seen as new patients. The Dr told the nurse if I wanted to talk to him I could go to the room with my husband because he didn't have time to see us both. Why? We both waited 6 weeks & each had our own appointments. What happened to patient privacy?? As we go to check out, the girl upon exit has the personality and charm of a wet mop. Everyone at the front desk is disgustingly rude. So I called when I left as I realized I had a conflict with the appointment made. The rude girl at check out left me on hold for 30 minutes. I called back, for her to do the exact same thing but the 2nd time she picked up at the 32 minute mark & hung up. At this point I've waisted hours out of my day & had to return to work. I called 3 days later & asked if the Dr was ever going send the orders for a blood test. No return call- but I did get a call from Walgreens that they had called in medications for me. How would you call in RX for someone if you've never read a blood test for? Clearly they called in a script for me meant for someone else. These people are so messy and chaotic & dismissive... they are going to end up killing people. I would never return there & caution anyone even thinking about going there- go elsewhere. It's a patient mill. Your health is worth more. Management- you guys need to get it together- this was the absolute worst Dr Ive ever had the displeasure of going to.

Since moving to Jupiter from Miami Beach, I had to find a new team of doctors. Dr. Mohanty came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. From the front desk to all of his staff, everyone was great. They were kind and most importantly very professional. Dr. Mohanty you were amazing!! You took the time to go over my history and you were very patient with me. Appreciated you more than you know. Thank you so much.
