This office is pretty busy so I waited seven months to see Dr. Delucia (I saw his nurse practitioner, Melanie, in the meantime); but, I must say, it was absolutely worth it. From the moment he walked into the room, he treated me like a person--not just another number. He took his time listening to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt cared for and valued throughout the appointment. It's rare to find a doctor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate, but Dr. Delucia is exactly that. I finally feel like I'm in good hands. Highly recommend!

I haven't been to a Dr. in some years, figured it was time for a basic physical and check up. A customer said they used this office and seemed to like them, so I called and made an appointment. Once it was time for my appointment I showed up early did the paper work, was taken to the back and ending up having to sit in there for more than an hour and a half before the Dr. came in the room for the physical.. And of course had to come back week later for results of blood work and what not, the appointment was set for 330 finally get taken into a room at 355, I then sit in the room for over an hour before the Dr. comes in to see me, so naturally I question why such a long wait for simple physical and blood work results, the Dr. immediately gets frustrated with me and basically said there are other people with more concerning issues then just physical/blood results and I shouldn't have an issue waiting an hour and half for her to get to me. Then proceeds to defend why she took so long to see me, and says if I'm not happy I can reschedule with someone else and tells me she's not giving me the results and I have to leave. Definitely not anyway a Dr. should be handling patients no matter how busy they are and what ailments they may or may not have. I run a small business and if I was to give someone an appointment at a certain time and then proceed to be over an hour late to get to them, that customer would most likely not be a customer anymore and they would be writing a bad review just as I am now. But since they are Dr.'s and "helping the sick and needy", in their eyes it is ok to make the rest of us waste our time sitting there like we are not important. That's not right or fair to everyone else, need to work on their scheduling and stop over booking so they can see patients in a timely order. I realize yes, some patients may need more then others. but its still not right to make people excessively wait day in day out, as you see in other reviews it seems like a common issue. UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY: You don't need to be a "fast food service" type of office to see people in a timely manner. You simply need to review each patient as they come in and know what they are there for and see them accordingly. I should have only needed to be in your office for maybe 30 minutes to receive simple results of a physical, or you even could have called or emailed me with the results, there was no need for a hour and half to two hour wait for such a simple case. As far as you saying I was shouting F bombs and other bad words in your hall way is 1000% not true at all. I did open my room door and stand there for 20 minutes watching multiple nurses walk by before anyone looked at me or asked me if I needed anything and when someone finally acknowledged me I did say what the hell is going on here, but I never shouted F bombs. And your provider, she never started to review anything, came in with a bad attitude and never attempted to talk about anything with me except her excuses on what took so long. But if you want to turn this around to make me look like the bad guy just like you have done in every other reply you have done to your bad reviews that is fine I'll take it, is what it is.

Dr. Harris is one of the best doctors I've had, but this practice gets 1 star now because they are moving to concierge service and requiring a monthly membership fee for me to see Dr. Harris. This is NOT Palm Beach Island. Complete disregard for existing clients.

This office have No regard at all for people's time. I've been coming to this office for many years and really like the doctor but the appointment times are never respected. I think this is more of an office management issue, and not the doctor. Today I had a 10:30 virtual appointment. A rep called me at 10:15 to give me the Zoom ID and password. At 10:29, someone else called to run through the standard questionnaire and told me I only had one person ahead of me and the doctor would be right with me. An entire hour later, at 11:25, waiting on a zoom chat, I still hadn't been seen or even updated. I'm at work and specifically blocked off this time, only for it to be completely wasted. Ironically, if you're running few minutes late, they're quick to tell you to reschedule. This is extremely unprofessional and has become a consistent issue. This will be my last time going there.

Patient

I have been a patient here for several years, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Despite bringing up the same health concerns repeatedly, my complaints have been dismissed and attributed to "just anxiety." I left visits feeling unheard, belittled, and even questioned my own judgment because of the way my concerns were handled. A primary care physician should listen to their patients, investigate symptoms seriously, and treat them with respect. Instead, I often left feeling devalued and demeaned. This lack of compassion and failure to take my health concerns seriously has eroded my trust. I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens, respects their patients, and works with them to find answers. UPDATE: I stand by my review. I find it contradictory that you thanked me for my "truthfulness" yet immediately claimed my account was "not at all what happened." I assure you that everything in my review is accurate and based on my direct experience. Dismissing my concerns by labeling them as untrue instead of addressing them only reinforces the lack of listening and care that I experienced in your office. This was a telehealth visit, not an in-person appointment, and I did not have two providers in the room with me as claimed. I have also never been to another office with these concerns, so suggesting otherwise is simply false. My conditions were never clearly explained -- as I have been sick for 2 years and placed on multiple rounds of antibiotics, yet I still do not have answers. I finally began to advocate for myself because I am tired of just treating these symptoms instead of trying to find the root cause of the problems. Patients deserve to be listened to and respected, not dismissed or told their symptoms are because they are stressed and need "more vitamin c". Unfortunately, your response here only reinforces the lack of compassion and accountability I experienced, and is exactly why I wrote my original review.
