I had a great first visit establishing care with Dr. Towbin. The entire team was welcoming and professional, and I felt listened to from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to understand my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. I left feeling confident that I'm in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

Dr. Towbin and I grew up in OPA-LOCKA here in Florida. His Father had the only Pharmacy in OPA-LOCKA. He is just as Sweet, Kind, and Have the Patience just as His Father did. Dr. Towbin is A Very Good Listener. And Cares about all of My issues that Concerns, Me. And He takes care of them All. I Particularly Schedule My Appointments on Fridays With Him. Because, He have Me Relaxed and Calm going into the Weekend. By the time I leave His Office. I Totally and Completely Trust Dr. Towbin With My Healthcare. And His Staff is Outstanding. I Highly Recommend Dr. Towbin, To Anyone who is in Need of a Great Primary Physician, or if You're New to the Area. You would not be disappointed.

Dr.Towbin is a very thorough and understanding doctor. He listens to you and has compassion. He is very helpful with providing specialists or letting you know about testing that can be done. His office is very comfortable and he never makes you wait long. His staff is very friendly, helpful and always proffesional. This office provides feeback from blood work always the next day in your portal. There is also a follow up call from a nurse regarding the info. Moved to Port St Lucie 4 years ago and have had extremely great appointment experiences with Dr. Towbin and all of his staff.

In terms of doctors in the Port Saint Lucie office, Doctor Sanz is terrific! In terms of staff, they are professional, competent and friendly. In terms of waiting room staff, everyone is friendly and nice, with one staff member truly standing out because of her competency and grace under fire - Monica. I have been helped immeasurably numerous times by Monica, who never seemed to feel she was going out of her way to help me. At the same time, I have seen certain patients acting very disrespectfully towards Monica when she was not able to help them exactly in the way they demanded she help them (like making appointments that were not available). During these times. I always saw Monica handle these folks with grace and respect that was rarely returned by the unhappy patient. For these acts of kindness, Monica deserves my heartfelt appreciation!

This review is specifically for Kelly Romanelli, N.P., and her amazing Assistant Candy Montenegro! My husband and I moved here to Port Saint Lucie in November of 2023. Unfortunately, the following September my husband had a massive heart attack and when discharged we were told that no the only Cardiologist who accepts his insurance was not available until May 2025, this is near 9 months after his massive heart attack? Thankfully, we have been blessed to find Kelly Romanelli Nurse Practitioner for Dr. Sanz whom we've only met once! Well let us tell you that we couldn't be happier with the care and attention Kelly has given us. She is on the ball, is kind and professional yet she will not sugarcoat and gives great directions! She and her assistant NEVER brush us off or excuse anything (no matter how insane we are). Having Kelly has been the best thing that could have happened to us in these trying times of health issues for hubby. I felt confident as we awaited for a Cardiologist appt., she's that thorough! We cannot forget Candy Montenegro who inspired this review as well! She has been nothing but amazing since day 1. She's knowledgeable, witty, funny, but serious when it comes to matter of concern or of risk. Many times people complain when things are bad and NEVER commend when staff is doing great!!! Candy is outstanding bottom line the heartbeat of this office. Thank you both Kelly and Candy for being such an asset to this office. Cons: I wish I could say positive things about "Monica" at the front reception desk, perhaps today was a very bad day for her. I have faith she will improve and I may come back to change this CON. Some people just don't have it in them. We miss Chris who was an amazing front reception staff member ....
