UF Health Heart & Vascular - University Boulevard

This facility is not concerned enough for my business needs. It took months trying to reach the office just for my first appointment. I couldn't get through even after leaving a message. My PCP office had to contact them just for my appointment which I asked for another referral to be seen because I didn't like the fact that they didn't answer or call me back initially. Fast forward to my first appointment I explained to the doctor and staff that it's hard to reach the office. The all just say "yeah we know". Okay a month later I'm needing my FMLA/ADA documents completed. Again no answer so I had to drive to the office. The front office staff not at the front so I'm waiting to be acknowledged. They have my form however no doctor completed them. Well days go by and it's the deadline to return the forms. I had to have my PCP contact them and let them know it's urgent to return the forms. That was so annoying and aggravating. I canceled all my future appointments with the office. I will go somewhere else that can have more concerns as to why patients can't get through. I was out of work the whole time just waiting on the office to complete one form w/2 questions on it

Dr Singh is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff is amazing, as such three female staff came outside to assist me with a ride. I'm incredibly happy with this doctor and staff. The office is clean, waiting time is short. I feel blessed.

I've been calling for over two weeks, several days each time, to inquire about a medication I'm taking. Most of the time, the system directs me to the voice mail. However, I managed to speak with the medical assistant three times, and she assured me that the message had been forwarded to the doctor. Despite this, I haven't received any further communication from anyone. I'm unsure whether I should continue taking this medication, as this is not the appropriate way to treat a patient. To be fair, I must say that every time I visit the clinic, the treatment was excellent.

The entire staff was pleasant and patient. Dr. Carrosquilla as always,) he was pleasant, thorough and gave plenty of time for questions. We love, love, love this Dr. And every one else. Thank you for all you do!

First I was glad to see his nurse was back she's great. He was my Workmans Comp doctor and I still use even after I retired. He took the time to listen to what I had I had say. It was a good visit.
