My mom has been seeing her for a while. She always complained about the wait time. So I took her myself. We were there over an hour and a half and got nowhere near seeing the doctor. The staff was so nice but this is unacceptable and we left. My mom has dementia and time to her can seem longer than it really is. We will not return. I felt so bad for my mom. Any physician that can not stay at least close to their schedule needs to reevaluate their patient to doctor ratio. What kind of care is she able to provide being so overloaded? I see others have had this same experience with her office. Baptist Medical Center will be receiving a formal complaint.
