First Coast Cardiovascular Institute: Vaqar Ali, MD

My visits at First Coast Cardiovascular is always pleasant and rewarding. The staff is very friendly and informative. I am blessed to have Dr. Vagar Ali as my doctor. He is a very caring doctor who cares about his patients and their health.

Dr. Ali is an excellent heart doctor / surgeon. He has helped me keep a good quality of life which I would not have had otherwise . I have had several heart doctors through the years and he is the best .

I think Ali is a brilliant doctor in his own right. My personal experience with him was limited and only given after I insisted. I didn't receive any procedure from him. I discussed why he canceled my procedure. I have a complicated condition, so it's understandable when a doctor is not comfortable. I rated low because Ali himself gave me contradicting answers. He didn't check the information himself; he relied on the staff. I had to fill in information that was needed to make a decision. My blood pressure was checked incorrectly by a staff member; he used this information for his final conclusion. It is impossible to have a missing artery and the same blood pressure on all four limbs. I request that Ali take more time to review the details of the cases he his asked to speak on.

Dr. Ali and his team along with Adam were so awesome. The most I could've expected. I got the best treatment. Everyone was efficient and on time. And I always walked away, feeling great, just talking and dealing with them

Dr Ali is personable, informative and thorough keeping me well informed on my heart health. He always addresses any concerns I have and I appreciate that I highly recommend him
